Partner with the best As a Materials Leader HTC, you will be responsible for leading master planning, materials management, and production scheduling to ensure operational alignment with business objectives and KPIs. You will bridge logistics, sales, materials, and production functions to optimize inventory, improve processes, and ensure on ‑ time delivery performance. As a Materials Leader HTC, you will be responsible for: • Managing master production planning, material processes, and planning systems. • Preparing, maintaining, and updating production schedules and purchasing requirements. • Ensuring operational execution aligns with the approved production plan and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Optimizing inventory levels while supporting production flexibility and customer commitments. • Serving as the primary interface between Logistics, Sales, Materials, and Production teams. • Aligning demand, supply, and capacity constraints to support business priorities. • Communicating schedule requirements internally and externally with suppliers and customers. • Tracking and supporting manufacturing progress against delivery commitments. • Coordinating activities with internal manufacturing teams and subcontractors to expedite material flow as required. • Proactively addressing risks to schedule adherence and material availability. • Redefining planning processes and procedures on a regular basis to drive efficiency and responsiveness. • Leading continuous improvement initiatives in materials planning, scheduling, and execution. • Collaborating frequently with adjacent functions including Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance. • Leading a planning ‑ focused manufacturing unit with accountability for performance outcomes. • Managing operations requiring discretion in manufacturing techniques and planning approaches. • Ensuring team members possess the technical knowledge required to execute planning and materials strategies effectively. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Have minimum of 7+ years of experience in materials planning, production planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline. • Have minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning, materials, scheduling, or supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and demand planning . • Have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, inventory control, and logistics operations. • Have experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer requirements, inventory targets, and operational constraints. • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate planning priorities across all levels of the organization. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities while meeting business objectives. Preferred Qualifications • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent supply chain certification. • Experience leading planning and materials functions in an engineered-to-order, make-to-order, or industrial manufacturing environment. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification. • Experience managing global supply chain operations and supplier collaboration. • Knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
