Quality Engineer, Tools and Automation

Job description

The Security Engineering and Architecture QA team is seeking a QA engineer to test a range of security projects. You will design and build tests for security features and partner with QA and software engineers, both on the team and across the organization, to plan the work, execute it, and report results in a fast moving environment. Minimum Qualifications: Typically 5 or more years of experience as a Software QA Automation Engineer, or equivalent demonstrated capability Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages, such as Swift, Objective-C, or Python Experience developing test frameworks and automated test tooling Experience designing automated and manual tests that surface hard to find defects Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across teams Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond efficiently Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated use of LLMs or AI tooling to improve quality, failure triage, or automation workflows Familiarity with macOS/iOS platform technologies. Experience using Xcode to write, triage, and debug automation scripts. Track record of mentoring engineers and leading cross-team quality initiatives
