This position works directly with Airlines, Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities, & Brokers, providing support for their parts in the need of repair. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management: logistics, contract management, and customer relations. • Communicate professionally and effectively, both in writing and verbally to internal and external customers. • Effectively manage a large amount of written communication and data while complying with internal and external process. • Process customer repair orders and quotes in accordance with Standard Work procedures, and when required, redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel. • Coordinate and create documentation of receipt and repair of equipment necessary to comply with federal policies and current procedures. • Utilize enterprise system (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data. • Assist in interface with intra-company departments relative to warranty, credit, billing, etc. • Maintain knowledge of Collins organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. • Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality. • Position can require consistent movement. Tasks can include boxing and unboxing (up to 15 lbs). QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE: • Typically requires a HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role. • Experience utilizing email (preferably Outlook) and MS Office software. • Experience working in a Collins Aerospace MRO environment.
