About the Role Are you ready to learn new skills, work safely, and build a long-term career? As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting the production process that transforms logs into high-quality lumber. In this position, you’ll work alongside a team of production workers and skilled trades professionals, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the mill. Training will include a variety of tasks such as machine operation, fire watch, stacking, cleaning, and more providing you with valuable skills and career growth opportunities. This is an active job that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a busy environment. You’ll work a full-time rotating schedule of 12-hour day and night shifts to support continuous production.
