We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. We’re looking for an experienced Partner Manager to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) successfully implement, grow, and support 1Password solutions. You’ll manage partner relationships, guide deployments through complex information technology (IT) environments, identify growth opportunities, and help MSPs deliver value to their customers. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a remote opportunity within the US. Preferred - Experience working in the MSP ecosystem, including knowledge of how MSPs sell and transact, recurring revenue models, and how a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) product becomes part of a managed service offering. - Familiarity with customer relationship management and communication tools such as Salesforce and Slack. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - Manage a diverse portfolio of MSP accounts, building strong relationships while supporting partner satisfaction, deployment progress, and sales goals. - Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives that increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). - Lead regular business reviews with partners to understand their needs, assess performance, and create plans for growth. - Develop tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of 1Password to MSPs and their end customers. - Guide new MSPs through onboarding and deployment, partnering with internal solutions teams to create implementation plans that fit each partner’s needs and timelines. - Monitor deployment progress, address roadblocks, and coordinate the right resources to keep implementations moving toward successful completion. - Train and enable MSPs to sell, deploy, and support 1Password for their end users. - Advocate for partner feedback within 1Password, collaborate across teams to resolve high-priority issues, and improve partner engagement and success processes. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $93,000 USD and $130,000 USD, and is commission-eligible.
