The Tactical Situational Awareness (TSA) group as part of the Maintenance Applications (TCMA) department is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer. TSA is involved in many next generation products that are changing the landscape of the Avionics environment at Collins Aerospace. Our team is focused on innovation and the power of automation. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software design, development, and integration to advance next-generation avionics systems that enhance pilot awareness and operational safety. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions that enable precise decision-making in complex environments. This position is on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We are looking for an entry level Engineer, disciplined in Software Engineering to join our TCMA team in Cedar Rapids. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Agile software engineering processes and activities.
