Senior IT Analyst - Order Management

Job description

As a Sr IT Analyst, you are part of a cross-functional deployment & run team with the responsibility to deploy the designed “Global Template” which will enable Building Automation (BA) to move from current business processes and operating systems to common business processes, enabled by SAP. The role also includes supporting SAP live sites through troubleshooting, training, and SAP system enhancements. You will report directly to our (Director IT), and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid model The scope of the Sr IT Analyst for the Order Management function includes: - Customer Master Data - Ecommerce - Pricing & Discounting - Quotation - Product Configuration - Order Acceptance, Manually, through EDI or the Web, Titan - Order Management & Expediting - Billing - Returns & Warranty - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Products and Projects and Services Booking - On-Time to First Promise Improvement
