As a successful Executive Administrative Assistant on the Consumer & Community Banking - Tech team, you possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization. In this role you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals. Job Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling prioritiesScreen calls, manage communications, and handle sensitive informationCoordinate internal and external meetings and logisticsArrange domestic and international travelPlan offsite meetings, conferences, and events, including catering and transportationProcess invoices and expense reports while ensuring policy complianceSupport onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access requestsDraft and distribute professional communications to stakeholders at all levelsMaintain organizational charts, executive bios, and administrative documentationAssist with spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials for client engagementsPartner with administrative teams and support ad hoc projects as needed Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities At least five years of administrative experience, supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or aboveAdvanced ability to organizeTact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior managementStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities College degree is a plus Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
