About the Team The AZ HR team serves as a strategic partner across Lucid’s Arizona operations, encompassing AMP-1 (Advanced Manufacturing Plant) in Casa Grande, the manufacturing facilities in Coolidge, the Logistics Operations Center (LOC) in Tempe, and the Regional Hub in Phoenix. We work closely with leaders at every site to deliver integrated people strategies that drive safety, quality, and operational excellence. Our focus spans workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and proactive employee relations, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across all locations in the region to enable high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. About the Role Lucid Motors is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Plant Operations at AMP-1 by partnering with leaders to execute people strategies that support organizational effectiveness, employee experience, workforce planning, and operational performance. This role serves as a trusted advisor to frontline and mid-level leaders, leveraging HR best practices, business acumen, workforce data, and strong employee relations judgment to help build and sustain high-performing manufacturing teams. What You Own • Serve as a trusted HR partner to plant leaders on employee engagement, workforce effectiveness, performance, and employee relations • Partner with frontline and mid-level leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with plant priorities • Deliver HR expertise in coaching, organizational development, change management, and employee relations • Support workforce planning, headcount management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives • Collaborate with COEs and Shared Services to implement programs in talent acquisition, learning, compensation, and engagement • Manage core HR processes including performance reviews, calibrations, promotions, and compensation planning • Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions and lead initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and culture What You Bring Required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field preferred • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner or Generalist roles supporting complex or high-volume client groups • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar professional designation preferred • Experience partnering with leaders to execute people initiatives that support business priorities and employee experience • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, coaching, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employment law compliance • Proven ability to manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution with sound judgment and consistency • Ability to analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and support informed business decisions • Outstanding communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and coaching skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and workforce analytics tools preferred • Manufacturing, operations, automotive OEM, or high-growth company experience preferred -- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications.
