Job description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor – Weekend Shift to join our dynamic team in Pelzer, SC, supporting Vertiv’s rapidly expanding production operations. This is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing facility, focused on driving operational excellence, employee engagement, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position supports weekend shift operations, scheduled from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Friday - Sunday). Note that this role will require 36 hours worked onsite but will be paid for 40 hours weekly.
