Senior Network Engineer, Customer Services Edge

Job description

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers. Experience with planning and designing networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.). Experience developing networking products, technologies, software and protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Substantial operational experience with carrier-class routers and switches. Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python. Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale networks.
