Lead Construction Technology (ConTech) deployment, translating capabilities into practical workflows (ACC, Procore, P6). Train teams on digital platforms like 3D BIM. Integrate Project Management Tools (PMT), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and document systems for seamless data flow. Link 3D models to schedules for 4D/5D sequencing and cost estimation. Execute reality capture (drones, 3D scanners) to track site progress and tolerances. Establish data architecture and asset taxonomy to convert CAD/BIM objects into structured data for Digital Twin handovers. Build automated BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track core VDC metrics. Oversee cloud platform data syncs via custom APIs. Drive continuous improvement by coaching stakeholders on digital field tools. Research and pilot emerging AEC technologies, including AI-driven site tracking, to optimize project delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, CAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, estimation software, or production planning tools). Experience with data analysis and visualization using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) data standards (e.g., WBS MasterFormat or UniFormat classifications). Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in construction tooling execution. Experience in SQL (window functions, query optimization) and relational/dimensional schema design. Interest or experience in leveraging AI models, LLMs, and automation extensions (Jetski, Gemini) to streamline operational workflows. Understanding of Python or Java/Scala, with grasp of data architecture.
