Job description

Lead and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability and professional growth. Drive the technical strategy, design, and roadmap for a suite of software systems. Be the primary interface to internal stakeholders, especially including representatives of user and partner engineering teams, to understand workflows, negotiate priorities and technical trade-offs. Ensure quality end-to-end delivery of software, from problem identification and scoping through to operations. Identify and advocate engineering best practices in the domain.
