Lead, Risk Assessment and Compliance, gTech Risk

Job description

Manage, mentor, and scale a team of risk assessment, compliance and business resilience professionals, establishing a culture of operational accuracy and continuous improvement. Direct the ongoing strategy to agentify data and process management for the identification and mitigation of high-residual risks. Distill complex global regulatory obligations (e.g., Privacy, DMA) into explicit, map-able operational constraints for gTech business processes. Govern the Business Resilience Impact Analysis (RIA) program, ensuring critical gTech operations maintain validated continuity and disaster recovery plans. Partner with the Risk Solutions Engineering team to automate compliance evidence gathering, reducing the manual burden on operations.
