Fulfillment Technician II

Job description

The Fulfillment Technician II is a highly technical, hands-on role supporting the Coil division through expert coordination of product samples, quality processes, technical support, and inside sales activities. This position requires developing and applying working knowledge of coil products, coatings, colors, specifications, manufacturing processes, and color technologies to support customer inquiries and internal business needs. The individual serves as a key resource for Sales, Customers, Marketing, Lab, Color, Quality, and Operations teams by providing technical guidance, ensuring sample accuracy, and maintaining critical product information systems.
