About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives within the Customer Reference Data and KYC Product Solutions organization . This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the executive, managing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive's office. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions • Support projects • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning • Act as information source on group and company policies • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level leaders in a large, matrixed organization. • Demonstrates proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferred. • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise. • Ensure executive priorities are effectively managed and executed. • Drive seamless coordination across leadership teams. • Maintain a highly organized executive office. • Demonstrate exceptional responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. • Experience coordinating large meetings, executive forums, and leadership events. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
