About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Growth Strategy Consultant to join the Auto Relationship Management Strategy, Support, and Execution team. This role is heavily focused on strategic execution, communications, and field enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming business strategies into actionable plans, managing execution timelines, developing compelling communications, creating executive-ready presentations, and driving adoption across Relationship Management teams and dealer audiences. In this role, you will:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic business initiatives that support growth, dealer experience, and Relationship Management objectives.Own execution of key programs and initiatives, including project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, communication strategy, and implementation support.Develop and execute communication plans that effectively engage Relationship Managers, internal partners, and dealer audiences throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.Create and maintain executive-ready presentations, program updates, marketing collateral, dealer-facing materials, quick reference guides, and field enablement resources.Translate complex business strategies, data, and operational concepts into clear, compelling communications and presentations tailored to a variety of audiences.Partner with Relationship Management leaders, Strategic Alliances, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to drive successful execution and adoption of business initiatives.Lead cross-functional working teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of strategic objectives.Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and dependencies, and develop action plans to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.Research business trends, dealer feedback, market opportunities, and field insights to improve program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.Drive consistency in messaging, communication standards, and change management practices across the Relationship Management organization.Ensure all communications, materials, and initiatives adhere to applicable compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.Support senior leadership through preparation of executive presentations, strategic updates, performance reporting, and business reviews.Required Qualifications:4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of auto finance operations, dealer experience, and relationship management practices preferred.Strong program execution and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence diverse audiences.Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills with experience creating executive-level communications, business reviews, and strategic presentations.Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies, change management plans, training materials, and adoption campaigns that drive engagement and business results.Strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to synthesize data, insights, and business objectives into compelling narratives.Experience creating dealer-facing, client-facing, or field-facing communications and collateral preferred.Demonstrated experience integrating AI solutions and emerging technologies into business processes to improve efficiency, communication effectiveness, and execution.Strong organizational and timeline management skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.Ability to influence and build relationships across a matrixed organization and effectively partner with leaders at all levels.Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify insights, measure outcomes, and support recommendations.Job Expectations: • Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening. • This position offers a hybrid work schedule. • Relocation assistance is not available for this position. • Ability to travel up to 15% • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
