The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Responsibilities: - Support strategic initiatives for global markets through desk research, product analysis, and data interpretation - Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis, and contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies - Compile industry and thematic research reports with clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations - Track industry trends, user behavior, and content ecosystems on a regular basis to identify emerging opportunities or risks - Deliver research insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and content strategy decisions Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a MBA degree - Solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies and strong logical thinking skills. - Highly self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about internet products, with a strong sense of curiosity. - Strong data analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship experience in internet strategy, investment, or related fields. - Experience working with a global team. - Proficiency in Thinkcell and data platforms such as App Annie, QuestMobile, and Wind.
