Overview of the Business:US Consumer Services (USCS) is responsible for driving profitable growth of American Express US Consumer portfolio by acquiring outstanding new customers and deepening Card Member Engagement and Loyalty through developing differentiated products & partnerships and strengthening our membership services offerings across Travel, Dining, Lifestyle and Banking.Our mission is to make Amex membership an indisputable competitive advantage and help each other become better leaders every day.
