Position Summary The Senior Analyst - Omnichannel Analytics helps CVS understand how customers interact across digital, retail, and pharmacy channels. This role turns complex data into clear insights that improve customer experience, personalization, and business results. You will work closely with partners across analytics, product, and technology.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer and business data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that improve engagement and performanceBuild and maintain core data assets, dashboards, and reporting tools in partnership with engineering and analytics teamsTranslate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendationsPresent insights and recommendations to leaders in a clear, concise waySupport optimization of customer journeys across eCommerce, retail, and digital pharmacy experiences Required Qualifications3+ years experience in data analysis or analytics rolesBackground in using SQL, Python, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools3+ years of experience delivering insights that drive business decisionsProficiency in building Tableau dashboardsKnowledge in developing or supporting data‑driven strategiesPreferred QualificationsExperience working in an omnichannel or customer analytics environmentStrong quantitative and problem‑solving skillsExperience with statistical or advanced analytics techniquesProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentationsBackground in working with large or cloud‑based data platforms EducationBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
