We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Technical Trainer - Equipment Trainer to join our team. In this key role, you will deliver hands-on training and learning experiences for new and existing team members across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience training employees on material handling equipment, crane operations, mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP), fall protection, and rigging. You will play a vital role in developing employee skills, driving safety and compliance, and ensuring team readiness to meet production goals with excellence.
