Product Manager, Fulfillment Signals

Job description

Lead the product vision for fulfillment signals (speeds, costs, returns, same-day delivery) to meet global coverage and precision OKRs. Drive automated data ingestion using ML and LLMs (e.g., Gemini) to extract structured fulfillment details from unstructured sources. Partner with major platforms and logistics carriers to integrate real-time rates and speeds. Build robust quality metrics, suppression logic, and human-in-the-loop/vendor evaluation systems for inferred and crawled data. Integrate fulfillment capabilities into universal cart and agentic commerce while leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, BD) through global launches.
