Our team is creating an AI-powered product development platform that transforms how Visa designs, builds and ships products. This toolchain uses a multi-agent architecture to guide product teams from early ideas to production-ready releases, with AI-driven feedback built into every step. Today, the platform includes: Multiple specialized AI agents and structured workflow stages Integrated connections to other organizational agentic systems as well as traditional LOB applications The ability to generate structured, machine-readable product artifacts that build a robust product knowledge base and feed directly into modern development workflows We’re looking for a senior product manager who doesn’t just define products—but helps build them. Someone who thrives in fast iteration cycles, partners closely with engineers, and is motivated to improve how product teams work every day. What You’ll Do Build what you use Work directly within the toolchain as a daily user. Identify friction points in real time and rapidly ship improvements. Shape how we build products at Visa. At Visa scale. Leverage your product management experience to solve emerging challenges such as context management, flexible agentic workflows, scaled commercialization, etc. Obsess about product manager experience Our customers are Visa product managers, they need to not only leverage the tool chain but also love it and learn from it. You will immerse yourself in their experience and optimize their user journey through adoption, training, usage and even contribution back into the tool chain. Expand the platform’s capabilities Partner with teams across Risk, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering to design and launch new workflows, agents, and capabilities. Use data to continuously improve Track adoption, usage patterns, and drop-off points. Use insights to prioritize enhancements and drive measurable improvements in productivity and outcomes. Drive ecosystem integrations Identify and prioritize integrations across Visa’s platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dynamics, internal systems) to reduce manual work and improve product team efficiency. Qualifications Who You Are A product builder You have experience taking products from idea to launch and understand what it takes to deliver solutions that customers actually use and value. Highly collaborative You elevate those around you, work effectively across functions, and focus on shared outcomes over individual recognition. User-focused and empathetic You can simplify complex tools and concepts, helping others build confidence and capability without intimidation. Thoughtful about AI You have hands-on experience with generative AI tools and understand both their strengths and limitations. You’re excited about applying AI in practical, high-impact ways. Comfortable working close to technology You’re familiar working in technical environments—reviewing code, using version control, or collaborating closely with engineers—even if you’re not a full-time developer. Experience 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of at least one product from early development through launch Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., building workflows, automations, or prototypes) Familiarity working in technical environments (e.g., reading code, using Git, working with APIs or command-line tools) Experience in large, regulated or enterprise environments is a plus Knowledge of payments or fintech is helpful but not required Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $207,600.00 to $ 332,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
