Senior Interaction Designer, Google Flow

Job description

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders from early-stage concept development through iteration and execution. Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and rapid prototypes to communicate key ideas and user journeys. Design AI-first interactions and multimodal user experiences for consumer products across mobile and desktop platforms. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates by leveraging UX research insights. Drive design work towards key milestones while managing time, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Experience with rapid prototyping and using design tools such as Figma. Experience designing creative tools or with Generative AI technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. 2 years of experience leading design projects. Experience designing for media generation or photo/video editing tools. Experience developing high-fidelity visual designs for consumer-focused products.
