Job description
Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of account team roles and responsibilities, field activation, change management, and growth opportunities to increase productivity. Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business issues while supporting organization priorities. Design and execute change management strategies for the field by collaborating with People Operations, Learning, and Enablement to define hiring criteria, performance management milestones, and role proficiencies. Improve operations by launching new programs, setting goals, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation while organizing business cadences to deliver effective operations. Support program management of fiscal planning cycles, establish success criteria, and monitor the return on investment of initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results. Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management. Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
