Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Global Process Excellence Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Drive process adherence by conducting reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting corrective actions that strengthen operational consistency. - Analyze workforce and process data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. - Coordinate global and regional best practice forums that promote knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement. - Support process excellence initiatives by contributing to efficiency and effectiveness projects that enhance team performance. - Validate system enhancements through testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver intended outcomes. - Prepare and communicate reports that provide visibility into team activities, performance metrics, and key improvement opportunities. - Maintain and enhance Talent Acquisition process standards and problem-solving documentation to ensure accuracy and organizational alignment. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve challenges, and support the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
