The Analyst for Process Reliability is a critical role dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of Process Reliability processes. This position focuses on maintaining data integrity, resolving process inefficiencies, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, proactively addressing operational challenges and delivering high-quality solutions that uphold the reliability and efficiency of the OTC ecosystem. You will be responsible for: Manage and resolve field inventory consignment reconciliation (BIR) issues, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Address billing kickouts to ensure timely and accurate financial postings. Resolve pricing discrepancies and incomplete orders to maintain order integrity and process completion. Provide SERF testing support to validate system enhancements and ensure reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP access challenges to enable smooth operations. Monitor and address zero pick hold reports to ensure timely order fulfillment. Compliance and Preventative Actions: Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance standards across all processes. Identify, manage, and prevent EDI order issues through proactive analysis and resolution. Winshuttle Execution and Reporting: Execute key tasks, including order cancellations, re-ATPs, billing date adjustments, and management of orphan ZAPA and TATX reports. Generate and analyze order processing notes and resolve 30-day credit hold issues to maintain process continuity. Complete all assigned trainings within a timely manner and within specified due dates. Resolve IDOC Error resolution through matrix utilization and notify associated internal/external business stakeholders per business process work instructions. Initiate IRIS tickets as needed, keep end users informed, and collaborate with IT business partners to find long-term resolutions to avoid any future customer order impacts. Think and communicate cross-functionally to investigate and research issues, including any necessary coordination with internal departments and all required customer follow-up in a self-directed manner. Qualifications / Requirements: Education BA/BS or equivalent business experience with a concentration in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Business, or IT is required. Experience and Skills Required: Proven expertise in Process Reliability processes, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in SAP and other relevant systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and reporting. Strong understanding of compliance standards and the ability to enforce adherence across operations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
