As GUI Software Lead, you’ll shape the software experience behind some of Apple’s most sophisticated internal hardware — crafting interfaces that match the precision and ambition of the instruments themselves. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of industry software engineering experience or equivalent. Proven experience leading software development teams. Deep experience with at least one major Apple UI framework: SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit. Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading software teams on products that integrate software and hardware. Strong grounding in Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) and scalable software design principles. Working knowledge of UI/UX design practices. Familiarity with RF measurements and RF lab equipment. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
