What You'll Achieve As a Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for driving pricing transformation initiatives and owning business analysis and product definition to enable faster, more accurate, and data-driven pricing decisions. You will work with Pricing, Sales Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams on modernizing pricing workflows and delivering scalable pricing platforms and tools. You will: - Support pricing transformation initiatives by partnering with Pricing Transformation leaders to translate pricing strategy into scalable business processes, platforms, and tools that enable faster, more accurate, and data-driven pricing decisions - Own business analysis and product definition by analyzing pricing data, quoting behavior, discounting patterns, and margin performance, and translating insights into clear business requirements, epics, user stories, and process flows - Partner with Pricing, Sales Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to modernize pricing workflows and ensure solutions align with business objectives and quality standards - Enable successful solution delivery and business adoption through UAT, change management, deployment readiness, training, and continuous optimization of pricing systems and capabilities - Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional execution by facilitating workshops, driving alignment, and contributing to roadmap planning and prioritization using a data-driven approach Take the First Step Towards Your Dream Career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements - 7–12 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Pricing, Strategy & Operations, or Digital Transformation - Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, and engineering teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business strategy into scalable business capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership - Experience delivering enterprise-scale business transformation or digital transformation initiatives - Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst within Agile environments - Experience supporting UAT, change management, training, and business adoption Desirable Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field - Experience with pricing, quoting, CPQ, revenue management, sales operations, or commercial excellence - Experience defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
