Job description
• Lead governance of outsourced facilities services, ensuring operational compliance with defined scope, service levels, and performance expectations. • Coordinate input from site leads and consolidate reporting at the global level, supporting recurring governance reviews of service performance, operational issues, risks, and service level compliance. • Monitor global and regional KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance is measured, tracked, and reported against agreed standards. • Partner with Finance to track savings commitments, monitor glidepath performance, and resolve variances against plan. • Review and validate supplier invoices to confirm alignment with delivered services and approved pricing. • Manage operational change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, reviewed, and approved. • Outsourced facilities management expertise : Strong understanding of outsourced facilities management services, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Data analysis and financial acumen : Ability to interpret operational and financial data, analyze dashboards, and translate performance trends into actionable insights. • Problem-solving and communication skills : Ability to quickly identify performance gaps, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate timely resolution with suppliers. • Technical proficiency : Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Visio, with the ability to use these tools to support communication, analysis, and reporting. AI fluency is preferred. • Education and experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required, or 5–10+ years of experience managing outsourced facilities management vendors.
