Job description

Own and manage end-to-end partnership pipelines, from partner onboarding to activation and long-term management. Build and maintain relationship plans for healthcare accounts, identifying growth opportunities and pitching integration pathways. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to align partnership goals with internal roadmaps and healthcare regulatory standards. Assess and identify bottlenecks in partner operations, recommending meaningful process enhancements to improve pipeline velocity and partner satisfaction. Define, track, and report on partnership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Research and synthesize healthcare industry intelligence to communicate insights that inform product strategy.
