Job description

Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the quality of the customer orders within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas. Responsibilities: INBOUND- Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totesOUTBOUND- Pick and pack customer orders in an ambient, chill, or freezer environmentDISPATCH- Assist in the loading or moving process of customer orders throughout the Fulfillment CenterAchieve productivity goals and targetsFlex between various operational roles throughout the inbound, outbound and dispatch work areasResolve any minor production related issues or request assistance from Leadership as neededFollow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate ordersComply to all operational processes within work area to drive efficiencyFollow all safety and food safety processes and guidelines, reporting any defective equipment or health and safety concernsProvide recommendations as needed to Leadership to encourage best practice and continuous improvementMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications: Minimum Excellent oral/written communication skillsMust be flexible to job assignment/schedule changesAbility to read and understand basic numerical dataAbility to meet operational targets and performance goalsBasic computer/operational systems skillsDesired High School Diploma or GEDAny previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
