You will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring projects and programs are executed efficiently, on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational objectives. You will play a key role in managing complex, cross-functional technology programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across global teams. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, technical acumen, strategic planning, and delivery management expertise. How You Will Do It Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy. Serve as the primary point of accountability for the successful delivery of projects and programs within the assigned portfolio. Partner with business leaders, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, executive communications, issue management, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, and support teams to ensure successful solution implementation. Establish and maintain project management best practices, standards, and methodologies. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Lead vendor and third-party partner relationships to ensure quality service delivery and contractual compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Support portfolio planning, resource forecasting, and budget management activities. Ensure projects comply with corporate policies, security standards, compliance requirements, and architectural guidelines. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, business analysts, and delivery team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Develop and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders across multiple business functions and regions. Support organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities for new technologies and processes. Monitor project performance through KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards to drive successful outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery, business processes, and operational capabilities. Lead post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement efforts. Broader duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of progressive experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects and programs. 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technology teams and managing large-scale initiatives. Proven experience managing technology delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and business functions. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Experience managing enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, ERP, HRIS, or digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resource planning, timelines, and vendor relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and executive teams. Experience facilitating governance processes, steering committees, and executive-level reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL, DevOps, and modern IT delivery practices. Demonstrated success managing complex integrations and enterprise-wide implementations. Experience working in a global environment supporting geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders. PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications are preferred. Ability to support global teams across multiple time zones as needed. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $130,000-$160,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
