Job description
We are looking for a skilled Database Engineering intern for our Summer 2027 internship program. As a Database Engineering intern, you will utilize Microsoft SQL Server and Azure cloud services to construct data solutions, ensure data integrity, and proper data transformations to move data from sources to target data structures. Our Database Engineering Interns will be responsible for things like: Design and implement effective database solutions. Identify root cause and impact of support issues and outages. Challenge the existing way of doing things by recommending solutions to improve new and existing systems. Collaborate and find simplified approaches to business complexities. You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2027 – May 2028 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher Experience in Python programming language for data processing and automation tasks Strong problem-solving skills Experience in SQL Server, SSIS, and Stored Procedures for data integration Experience with Snowflake (a plus), a cloud-based data platform, for data warehousing and management. Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2027 to August 2027 Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week So What About the Perks?
