What you’ll do: Responsible for supporting hardware and software asset management, software licensing, contract administration, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Hardware Asset Management (HAM) • Process asset update, buyout, disposal, and contract expiry/EOL tickets. • Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking. Software Asset Management (SAM) • Manage software requests and licenses for Microsoft Visio, Project, Power BI, and Adobe products. • Ensure license compliance and record accuracy. Contract & Vendor Management • Support contract administration for key suppliers (e.g., HCL, TCS). • Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and documentation. Financial & Data Management • Perform HAM/EAM invoice reconciliation and PO quantity validation. • Consolidate DevOps data and prepare operational reports. Documentation & Process Support • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records. • Identify and support process improvement initiatives. Required Skills • IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) • Software licensing and compliance • Contract and vendor management • Invoice reconciliation and procurement processes • Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills • Documentation and stakeholder management • Attention to detail and organizational skills Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field Skills: • Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow • Exposure to software licensing, procurement, or supplier management operations About Us Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere.
