Applicants should live in the area or be able to relocate at the time of hire. Job Overview This role supports network operations by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability. It involves providing technical assistance, managing smaller projects, and contributing to operational process improvements. The role requires understanding of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services. Success is measured by effective technical support, timely project updates, and identification of process enhancements. The work directly impacts network stability and service quality for organizational and customer needs. Job Responsibilities • Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance. (Preferred) • 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.
