Job description

Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, budget, and resource plan for the POps system transformation. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external vendors. Lead and motivate a large, cross-functional program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
