Role We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer-SkillBridge Intern (San Jose CA or Bellevue WA) to join our team. This is a remote role based in San Jose CA or Bellevue WA, reporting to the Director, Site Reliability Engineering in the Zero Trust Exchange department. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in Operations, Engineering and FedRAMP compliance, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring • Proficiency in Linux administration, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform) in cloud environments and containerized architectures • Current Active Duty United States military member or Guard/Reserve component member on active duty orders for at least 180 days with 180 days or fewer remaining prior to discharge • Unit commander approval and an approved MOU submitted before start What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience applying AIOps platforms, machine learning log analysis, or AI-driven predictive analytics to automate infrastructure anomaly detection and optimize cloud platform reliability • Experience with containerized architectures such as AWS ECS and Kubernetes, alongside knowledge of web security protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, SQL) and networking fundamentals • Coding experience in Python for automation and software integration #LI-TJ1 #LI-remote At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
