Job Summary The Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) owns intake, execution, and governance of enterprise initiatives for the Bread Financial. The Governance & Standards team exists to protect and accelerate enterprise delivery by establishing strong standards, providing reliable insights, and ensuring continuous audit readiness across the EDO. This role will play a critical role in establishing routines and processes across the EDO by supporting the organization's initiative governance practices, reporting, process documentation, and communications. Essential Job Functions • Accountable for audits and overall governance of initiatives to ensure seamless execution. Ensure cadence plan for regular reviews and engagement from leaders to ensure successful reporting, risk, and mitigation call outs. This includes validating Complexity Scorecards to adhere to Operating model standards. - (40%) • Assist with developing business dashboards for senior leadership deliverables. Prepare internal/external presentations on book of work performance, process and performance opportunities, and key wins. - (25%) • Serve as an active and valued partner to value stream teams, stakeholders, and the EDO organization by championing process and supporting the Operating model. Process expertise and continuous training for the organization will be required to ensure consistency in the inputs and outputs of the initiative lifecycle. - (15%) • Work collaboratively on continuous improvement of processes to support department key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) goal impacts. - (10%) • Support culture and engagement through execution of various activities including but not limited to ACT survey feedback action plans and results, culture committee and associate events management. - (10%) Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED • 2-3 years experience in a relevant business environment • 2-3 years experience with Project Management, process improvement and quality assurance processes Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study • 3+ years Project Management experience • Experience in retail financial services or information technology files with a waterfall and agile methodology background • PMP Certification • Familiarity with business law/ business governance • Experience with Lean Six Sigma • Experience with FDIC or compliance audits Skills • Process Governance • Business Management • Process Efficiencies • Process Improvements • Microsoft Office • Project Management Reports To: Senior Manager and aboveDirect Reports: 0Work Environment • Normal office environment.
