We are seeking a Product Owner to join the Capability Center within ASML Business Services (ABS), where you will play a critical role in enabling operational excellence and supporting strategic business objectives. The Capability Center is a key part of ABS, a global business services organization dedicated to delivering world-class services that support ASML's growth and success. Through process standardization, automation, innovation, and digital transformation, the Capability Center partners with business and IT stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance. As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the CLS Finance Systems portfolio, with a primary focus on Oracle Finance applications and related business processes. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into clear priorities and that solutions deliver measurable value. You will champion continuous improvement, drive roadmap execution, and support operational excellence across the Finance domain. Roles and responsibilities The Product Owner is responsible for: Serve as the functional owner for CLS Finance systems and associated business processes. Support the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and long-term value creation. Partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements. Help translate business requirements into actionable user stories and prioritized work items that align with strategic objectives. Drive stakeholder alignment through effective communication, expectation management, and transparent prioritization decisions. Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT teams by applying domain knowledge and data-driven decision-making. Manage finance master data governance, system requests, issue resolution, controls compliance, and enhancement activities. Support demand management activities and represent business priorities in portfolio planning and governance forums, including ASML US IT demand and monthly IT meetings. Maintain visibility of finance-related initiatives and ensure alignment across projects, roadmaps, and business objectives. Provide guidance and recommendations on Oracle ERP enhancements and transformation initiatives to ensure consistency and cross-functional alignment. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to improve operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and user experience. Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable outcomes. Support change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and effective implementation of new capabilities. Travel up to 10% as business needs require. Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting Oracle Finance systems or comparable ERP finance applications. Functional knowledge of ABS, shared services, Finance operations, or global enabling services organizations. Experience working in a cross-cultural, cross-functional, and fast-paced project environment. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical technical and process solutions. Fluent English speaking and writing skills. Skills Systems thinker with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and translate findings into appropriate actions. Creative, proactive, driven, enthusiastic, and persistent. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and organizational communication skills. Ability to break down complex technical topics and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple organizational levels. Results-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility and accountability. Flexible and able to quickly learn, adapt, and shift between priorities and projects. Strong IT knowledge, including Oracle and relevant finance applications, integrations, and supporting systems. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $80,800-111,100 Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
