As a Servicing Travel Advisor III on the Air Fulfillment Team, you will partner with clients to craft personalized itineraries, build lasting relationships, and deliver a premium level of service. Job responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and advise on destinations, transportation, travel dates, and accommodationsBook air, hotel, and transportation reservations and process payments using Sabre GDSRemediate travel disruptions and issues rapidly, coordinating with vendors to ensure client expectations are metStay current on tourism trends, destinations, and product offerings by attending travel seminars and trainingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5 years of experience with Sabre GDS, including creative faring, Phase IV, exchanges, queue monitoring, and Sabre scriptsProven experience as a travel agent with strong international booking expertiseProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and WordStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a demanding workload, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues independentlyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with online booking toolsDemonstrated ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentActive participation in industry training, certifications, or supplier seminarsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
