Job Summary: As a Marketing Copy Review Analyst in the Card and Connected Commerce team, you will review marketing creatives to validate compliance with marketing and advertising regulations. You will foster and maintain relationships with marketing product teams, collaborate with Legal and compliance partners, and participate in transformation initiatives focused on automation and simplification. This role is integral to maintaining strong controls and supporting a culture of compliance and innovation. Job Responsibilities: Review marketing communications and digital materials for regulatory complianceProvide guidance on marketing and advertising regulatory requirementsFoster and maintain relationships with marketing product teamsInterface and collaborate with Legal and compliance partnersAdhere to and maintain strong controls within the first line of defenseParticipate in transformation initiatives related to automation and simplificationDraft procedures and training documents as neededCommunicate effectively across multiple levels of the businessUse sound judgment for risk-based decision makingOrganize and prioritize work to meet deadlinesSupport a results-oriented and detail-focused environment Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 1-3 years of professional experience in advertising controls, regulatory compliance, risk, or auditBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channelsExperience in a highly regulated industry with understanding of advertising/marketing practices across various channelsStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative approach and relationship-building skillsResults-oriented with attention to detailSound judgment for risk-based decision makingAbility to prioritize and organize materials to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Experience drafting procedures and training documentsBilingual Spanish/English a plus Optional Additional Information: Role will be based in Wilmington, DE
