Retail and Marcom Engineering, an IS&T team, builds and operates the systems and experiences that connect Apple's products with its customers. The team owns the technology behind both Apple's online and physical stores and drives the interactive marketing experiences and tools that keep creative operations moving. Together, those functions deliver the technology behind every product story Apple tells and every purchase a customer makes. If so, this may be the job for you. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Computer Science and 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in software development using Python, Rust, and/or Java programming languages. Experience working with cloud compute environments like OpenStack, AliCloud, AWS, GCP or Azure. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, CI/CD, and automation. Experience with troubleshooting, problem solving, and debugging. Comfortable with on-call rotation. Preferred Qualifications: Conversational and written English proficiency Proficiency in implementing and correlating telemetry using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana and Prometheus Building and operating container orchestrating systems (Docker, Kubernetes and micro-services) Experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in UNIX/Linux Operating Systems
