As a Marketing Strategy Associate in the Lending & Small Business Customer Marketing team, you execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that deepen customer relationships and support portfolio growth. You orchestrate offers, journeys, and contacts across digital channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered flawlessly and optimized for performance. Job responsibilities Execute customer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple digital channelsDevelop and implement segmentation, targeting, and channel planning strategiesManage creative development, inputs, and approvals with cross-functional partnersEnsure all campaign deliverables meet compliance and quality standardsOversee campaign QA, controls, documentation, and audit-ready trackingMonitor campaign performance and identify actionable optimization opportunitiesPrepare business updates, campaign recaps, and recommendations for stakeholdersTranslate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendationsCollaborate with analytics, creative, and channel teams to drive improvementsSupport the translation of marketing strategy into multi-channel customer journeysWork both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldOne year of professional experience in marketing or analyticsStrong project management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage timelines and deliverables proactivelyExperience working both independently and as part of a team Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in campaign execution, segmentation, and targetingAbility to translate complex ideas into clear action plansProficiency in leveraging qualitative and quantitative analyticsExperience collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and drive outcomesFamiliarity with marketing controls, compliance, and performance reportingStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExperience preparing presentations and business updates for stakeholders Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
