You'll work on a team to build high-quality, performant and well-tested UI software using JavaScript, TypeScript and React. This software must comply with coding standards of the leadership team and maintain the quality and usability expectations of our clients. Success is measured by the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of deployed software solutions. The work impacts organizational capabilities by enabling efficient, cloud-native software systems that support business functions. Job Responsibilities : • Maintains and enhances frontend web solutions to ensure system reliability and performance • Write well-designed, well-tested UI code • Integrate with internal and external APIs • Work closely with the Product Owners and UI/UX Designers to create user-friendly workflows • Presents new ideas and frameworks to improve existing systems, processes, and services • Collaborates with team members to decompose features into user stories and provide accurate estimates • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience : • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. (Preferred) • 2-4 years of web development experience using modern development languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : • Proven work experience as a Front-End Engineer or Web Developer in a team environment (Required) • Experience writing JavaScript in a professional setting (TypeScript experience a bonus) (Required) • Experience using React.js to build applications (Redux experience a bonus) (Required) • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the React ecosystem, and in UI development in general (Required) • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel : Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $107,295 - $193,430 National Base Pay Range: $93,300 - $168,200 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
