Specifically, this role will:Work closely with their HRE member to set and drive their strategic agenda each yearContribute to continuous improvement of HR governance frameworks within their HRE member’s remitSet agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute and track action items for HRE member team meetingsHelp identify, monitor, and track key HRE member prioritiesCoordinate leadership meeting materials and support in-person meetingsPrepare ad hoc data analyses, as neededProactively identify important connection points, change management gaps, and other critical considerations to ensure initiatives are successfully implementedServe as a strategic thought partner to the HRE team memberLiaise with other HRE member Deputy Chiefs of Staff to ensure continuity of messaging and shared alignment on objectivesSupport HRE team communications, as neededProvide project management support for critical HR initiatives including scoping, maintaining comprehensive project plans, monitoring project progress, risk mitigation, and establishing/maintaining project governanceKeep apprised of all project progress within HRE member’s remit and understand strategic implicationsDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:Excellent multi-tasking, project management, and organizational skillsAbility to drive outcomes and hold individuals accountable to timelinesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to engage in wide ranging discussions and distil the most important takeaways and action itemsAbility to organize, manage and direct teams across multiple departmentsAbility to work under pressure and prioritize important tasks over othersStrong understanding of change management best practicesAbility to handle confidential information with maturity and discretionRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field preferred5+ years of relevant human resources, project management, and/or consulting experienceHighly proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, to develop compelling executive-level materialsProven success in a project management related activities/roleIn-depth knowledge of HR practices, trends, and technologiesPMO Certification is a plusThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position: 115,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
