If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable – please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.Sub Agent Location – Banwell, North Somerset Purpose of the role:As a Sub Agent on our £80m Banwell Bypass highways project for North Somerset Council, you’ll work closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to support the safe, efficient and successful delivery of the works.You’ll help ensure the project meets customer requirements and programme objectives, while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental management and cost control.What you’ll be doing:Supporting the day-to-day management of the site, including developing and monitoring the programme and coordinating delivery.Promoting high standards of health, safety, environment and quality, in line with company procedures and legal requirements.Maintaining accurate site records, diaries, reports and project documentation.Building positive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and subcontractors.Coordinating and monitoring a section of works, working collaboratively with the site team and supply chain.Monitoring progress and performance, providing clear updates to the Project Manager.Supporting the effective implementation of RAMS, Permit to Work systems, site inductions and safety briefings.Coordinating inspections, audits and reporting requirements across the project.Supporting the development and maintenance of the project Quality Assurance (QA) file. About you: Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and CAD. TWC and First Aid qualifications are desirable.Strong understanding of safe working practices, CDM 2015 and NEC contracts, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schedules and programme information.Well organised and able to prioritise competing workloads, with experience managing plant and materials and coordinating works information.Confident working collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, designers and clients, with strong communication, leadership, delegation and problem-solving skills.HNC or higher in Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience), SMSTS and a relevant CSCS card.
