Job Overview We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad to join our Quality and Performance Engineering team. In this role, you will design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications and APIs, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve application scalability, stability, and reliability. This role offers an opportunity to work with modern performance engineering practices while gaining exposure to test automation, AI-driven testing, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and enterprise-scale applications. What You Will Do Design, develop, and execute performance testing using Tricentis NeoLoad. Plan and execute Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability Testing for web applications and APIs. Design performance test scenarios, workload models, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities. Monitor application, server, and database performance during test execution. Prepare and communicate performance test reports, highlighting key findings, observations, and recommendations. Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of performance engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate with global technical teams and gain experience working on complex enterprise programs. Qualifications You Must Have 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad is mandatory. Proven experience designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts and scenarios. Strong understanding of Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability Testing. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Experience analyzing performance test results and preparing detailed technical reports. Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced engineering environment. Qualifications We Prefer Hands-on experience with other Performance Testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, OctoPerf, or Gatling. Knowledge or hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca. Experience integrating performance testing with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices. Knowledge of API testing and enterprise applications. Basic understanding of application, infrastructure, and database performance monitoring. Familiarity with performance engineering best practices and performance optimization techniques. Exposure to test automation and modern quality engineering practices. Educational Qualification Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant professional experience. For Engineering/Technical positions, a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable local laws and regulations. The role requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of the relevant technical area, supported by practical experience and the ability to apply and enhance knowledge of RTX projects, programs, and systems in day-to-day work.
