Position Summary: The Laboratory Technician is responsible for various support tasks throughout the laboratory assigned on an as-needed basis. Sample preparation, glassware cleaning, and sample disposal are typical functions. The ideal candidate shall be a detail-oriented team-player and able to multi-task. Candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Position Functions: · Extract/Digest environmental samples with organic solvent or Acid · Operate pipettors, balances, and/or graduated cylinders to measure samples volumes and weights · Prepare standards · Maintain scientific logbooks · Follow all Eurofins Standard Operating Procedures Basic Minimum Qualifications: AA, AS, or BS in science or related field Basic laboratory experience preferred but not required
