Job description

Serve as a critical compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide high-quality decomposition and mapping to thematic topics. Emerge and evolve to address more thematic topics with greater precision, act as a primary liaison to broader Compliance teams. Help define needs, inform development, establish risk tolerance thresholds, and directly test, validate, and fine-tune emerging AI models. Refine human validation workflows, ensuring that automated outputs meet strict quality standards while actively driving down overall processing cycle times. Adapt between providing direct, manual decompositions (where automation is not yet possible) and performing high-level verification and quality control (where AI is enabled).
